1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the website.

These Terms govern your use of the website. Any services provided by Early Appointments Solutions Inc. are governed by a separate written service agreement where applicable. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will govern the services provided under that agreement.

2. Who We Are

Early Appointments Solutions Inc. is a private, independent Canadian company registered in Alberta.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or part of the U.S. Government, the U.S. Department of State, any U.S. Embassy or Consulate, or any government-authorized visa appointment provider.

3. Nature of Our Services

We provide administrative U.S. visa appointment monitoring and booking services.

Where properly authorized, we may monitor appointment availability and book or reschedule appointments on behalf of clients through the applicable official appointment system.

We do not:

• issue visas;
• make visa decisions;
• determine visa eligibility;
• provide immigration or legal advice; or
• influence or control any government authority or appointment system.

4. No Guarantee

Appointment availability is controlled by the applicable government authority and/or official appointment system and may change at any time.

We do not guarantee:

• any specific appointment date or time;
• any specific appointment location;
• the availability of an earlier appointment;
• visa approval;
• a particular processing time; or
• any other government-related outcome.

5. Client Authorization and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information required for the requested services.

Where account access is required, we access your appointment account only with your explicit authorization and only for the purposes of providing the agreed services.

We do not intentionally alter or change your login credentials.

Once an appointment has been booked or rescheduled, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the appointment details through the applicable official system.

6. Plans and Payment

Prices are stated in Canadian dollars and are charged per applicant, exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due according to the applicable service agreement. Where the agreed payment arrangement provides for payment after an appointment has been successfully secured, payment is due within 48 hours of successful booking.

Accepted payment methods may include Interac e-Transfer and Stripe.

An official invoice will be issued for applicable services.

7. Complimentary Basic Plan

If an earlier appointment is not secured during the applicable period of the selected Service Plan, the Client may receive the Company's complimentary Basic Plan service, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable service agreement.

Any appointment secured under the complimentary Basic Plan will be provided at no additional service fee.

No additional or hidden service fees will be charged for an appointment secured under the complimentary Basic Plan.

8. Plan Changes and Cancellation

A client may request to cancel, hold, upgrade, or downgrade a service plan after signing the applicable service agreement, subject to the terms of that agreement.

Where applicable, a nominal administrative fee may apply. Any such fee and its treatment will be disclosed in the applicable service agreement.

9. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

The website, including its text, design, graphics, branding, logo, and other original content, is owned by or used by permission by Early Appointments Solutions Inc.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated methods to scrape or extract website content without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Early Appointments Solutions Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the website or the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a particular service will not exceed the service fees actually paid to the Company for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Subject to any mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the parties submit to the applicable courts of Alberta.
